Quiet Machine is a small engineering practice. We build production systems — the kind that carry live customer traffic and have to work on a Tuesday morning without anyone watching.
Between us that means two decades of shipping software across healthcare, fintech, retail, hospitality and real estate, including regulated environments where recording, privacy and compliance are not optional.
Most AI projects stall at the demo. The gap is rarely the model — it's the unglamorous engineering that comes after: error handling, integration, security review, and the operational work of keeping something alive once real customers depend on it.
That gap is the whole job. We bring in specialists when a project calls for them, and we say so plainly when a project isn't a fit.
